The wooden anniversary. 5 years down, eternity to go.
Today has been a nice day. Brian was able to take the day off and we were able to go do Sealings at the Monticello Utah temple this morning. We relaxed at home with the kids this afternoon. Then went out to dinner and did some leisurely shopping without the kids thanks to Brian's parents. We have been reminiscing back to our wedding day and all the little details we remember. Different details stick out to each of us, but I'm truly grateful for that day and how far we have come. We have both finished college and received bachelor's degrees. We have 2 amazing children with another due in a month. We live in our own home and haven't incurred any debt in all of this process. What a blessing! We both have good jobs that we like and life is pretty great. We have had our ups and downs but nothing we couldn't work through and I expect that we'll continue to work things through as we need to.
